ZOE CALLISTER-HAKEWILL
Over her career Zoë has become an expert in medical practice management, transforming and growing medical practices, complemented by an extensive health-related educational background. Zoë has overseen the digital transformation of practices, led development of internal strategy, recruiting, and training teams of medical professionals, and support staff, to deliver quality clinical care, all of which has ultimately led to significant practice growth. Additionally, Zoë has had extensive experience in working with small, medium, and large, Aged Care providers.Zoë is passionate about healthcare innovation, and hosts a LISTNR health tech podcast ‘Beyond the Medicine Cabinet’. Additionally, Zoë remains one of two Australian Editors of ‘The Innovation & Impact Scientific Technology and Business Journal’, which focuses on the commercialisation of technological innovations both locally, and internationally. Zoë is also a leading healthcare commentator having previously presented at the Aged Care Innovation Conference 2021, and she will also be speaking at the upcoming Digital Health Festival in 2023.Zoë brings a wealth of knowledge in navigating the health landscape, having completed a Bachelor of Medical Science, a Master of International Public Health, and Master of Health Law all from the University of Sydney, in addition to a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from Macquarie University. She is also currently completing an MBA at Deakin University.Her goal is to share her extensive knowledge, network, and skills to add value in the health investment space to support medical practices/stakeholders across Australia to achieve their goals and benefit patients, practice owners, and investors.
